About me

Over the past 10 years I’ve worked in many environments within sport and fitness. Olympic athletes, Rugby Clubs, physiotherapy clinics and personal training but one thing has always been the same. My passion for reducing the risk of injury and getting the body working properly! I know how devastating injuries can be, so my work is dedicated to prevention over cure!

My passion for sport began with football, I lived and breathed it for many years! With this I suffered just about every injury you could imagine, from a ruptured cruciate ligament to torn cartilage. Eventually these injuries forced me to give up playing at a competitive level, and drove me towards helping people prevent the same experience happening to them.

Now based at Knutsford Gym, I work with a diverse range of clients to offer the benefits of my methods to absolutely
anyone with aches and pains; you don’t have to be a sports star to get relief from aches and pains and achieve full
fitness! Maybe you’re struggling to get down and play with your grandchildren? Holding back in the sport you love to
avoid injury? Pushing through pain when you work out? It shouldn’t be this way.

Whilst I can’t prevent injuries completely (I wish!), over the past 10 years I’ve implemented and studied a multitude of
injury prevention measures so you don’t have to! The methods I now use will work for your body, as long as you build
them into your routine! I want to share my experience with you and give you the tools to avoid injuries and
keep moving well long into your life. Let’s make your body work for you!
